Cancellation Policy
All passengers and groups are required to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled flight departure time. Failure to arrive on time may result in cancellation without refund. Please review our cancellation policy regarding any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled flight. Changes made inside this 48-hour window may be subject to restrictions, fees, or may not be eligible for a refund. WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS (very important for safety reasons) No individual passenger can weigh more than 250 pounds. Maximum combined weight of all passengers is 600 pounds per flight. Minimum age to fly is 8 years old.
